Well, it's officially Fall in the Northland!
I'm loving cozy sweaters and all the changing colors! I think I'm getting a grasp on how to dress for cooler weather now. It just doesn't feel nearly as cold this year as last year when it was my first Fall living up here (: But I have to soak in these mildly-cool days as much as I can!
The seasons in Minnesota only last two weeks except for Winter (;
We've already gotten snow!
Since snow in the beginning of Fall is perfectly normal and whatnot. Haha
15 WEEK INTERVIEW
How far along?
15 weeks and 4 days today!
Baby's size?
Baby is the size of a navel orange! 2.47 ounces and 3.98 inches long. (:
Days until next doc appointment?
3 days! I have a dating ultrasound to make sure my due date is accurate and to make sure baby is growing as should be (: This is my first ultrasound!
Total weight gain?
2 pounds
Maternity clothes?
This morning as I dashed out of my pajamas, changed into big kid clothes, and ran the trash can to the street before the garbage truck came, I learned something. I was in a hurry and I didn't feel like pulling on a pair of leggings and a skirt.
So I grabbed my slouchiest pair of loose-waisted boyfriend jeans from the depths of my closet and discovered that the jeans that once had an inch of extra waist space now fit as snug as any of my regular-waisted jeans did pre-pregnancy. So with my long t-shirt draped over the front, I took the trash out with my pants unbuttoned.
...And then I came back inside and promptly changed back into pajama pants.
Stretch marks?
No!
Sleep:
I have a feeling I'm going to have to introduce another pillow to the bed starting tonight.
We may need a bigger bed.
Best moment this week:
I haven't gotten sick once this entire week! Yay! For the past two months I was getting sick at least every other day, sometimes multiple times a day.
So that's saying a lot.
Hope you're not eating lunch (:
Movement:
I don't think so, but sometimes I wonder if I felt something.
Food cravings:
Spaghetti and breadsticks. And apples. Not at the same time, haha.
Anything make you queasy or sick?
I actually haven't been doing too bad with the food aversions lately! I'm not a huge fan of meat though.
Have you started to show yet?
I still don't think I'm showing that much, but then Jason takes my weekly picture for me and I'm just floored at how much bigger I look!
Missing anything?
Sleeping on my stomach, laying on my back.
Gender:
We won't know for a few more weeks (: Even if they can tell if is a boy or girl during this ultrasound we have this week, I don't want them to tell me yet.
Labor signs?
No!
Belly button:
I have one, yes.
And it's still an innie.
Wedding rings on or off?
Still on all the time. Loosey goosey!
Happy or moody most of the time?
Happy most of the time, but I've been dealing with some stresses lately so I guess I've been a little on edge from time to time. But it's stuff that would affect anyone, pregnant or not haha
Weekly symptoms:
Some stomach upsetness after eating meat or eating too much in one sitting (you have to eat tiny portions when pregnant and that can be hard to get used to), headaches, food cravings, fatigue, pelvic pain, low back pain, rhinitis of pregnancy (nonallergic sneezing, stuffy nose, and nosebleeds....who knew?!)
Looking forward to:
"Seeing" our baby for the first time!
Prayers are greatly appreciated!! (:

It's so fun following your pregnancy journey this way. :) --And I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys seeing your different outfits, too!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I honestly look forward to writing these every week (: And I love picking out the outfits for the pictures! Before I found out I was pregnant, I bought a bunch of maxi skirts from Wet Seal. (On sale!) It works out great because now I won't need to buy any maternity clothes and I'm having a lot of fun pairing my new skirts and dresses with things I already have! (:
DeleteAw that's perfect! I love maxi skirts and dresses, they're so flattering and feminine. :) --and super comfy. ;)
