{spring pictures}

Okay. I realize that technically it's no longer Spring, but it took Minnesota quite a while to get on the ball and for things to start blooming around here. These pictures were taken in Spring (at the beginning of June) but we've been a little busy lately so it took me a while to get these pictures up! (:

Jason and I have been taking pictures for every new season during our first year of marriage. I saw the idea on Pinterest and thought it would be cute!

Back in March, I posted some of our Winter pictures in this post. ... Let's not even get started on what it was like using the self-timer and running through two feet of snow in negative 20 degree weather to get some pictures of ourselves.

Right now we live somewhere where you can actually tell the difference between the four seasons which is a first for me! (If we took four-season photos in California, it would just look like Summer in every.single.one. Seriously. Every day is Sunny and clear skies.) So I thought this would be a great and fun little thing for us to do every few months. All we have left to do now is our Summer pictures, which we will probably do some time around our first anniversary in August.(:

(Can we just put the brakes on for a minute and say whaaaaa?! Our first anniversary is less than two months away! Unreal! It definitely doesn't feel like it's been that long since our wedding already. But time flies when you're having fun!)
